Byron Stunning Stays aims to provide quality self contained/self catered/dog friendly accommodation.

Please note: We are whole homes for rent. Not a hotel, not a serviced apartment, not a motel. If you are looking for hair dryers etc etc - this is not the place for you. We are proud to 'complimentary provision' better than most house rentals.

This description of accommodation type is interpreted in different ways by individual providers.

In our case it means providing comfortable 'walk in/walk out', whole homes. Our intention is that all you need to bring with you is your clothes, your toiletries and your beach /pool towels / household goods. Naturally enough groceries are also important however with our complimentary inclusions, you may not need to shop for those until after your arrival.

These complimentary inclusions are intended as a 'welcome' gesture to ease your arrival. They are in no way meant to provision your entire stay.

It is NOT our intention to provision your entire stay.

We do however provide for optional extras at an extra charge. These are (by prior arrangement) and require notice.:

In house catering (gourmet meals provided cooked/served in your holiday

home). These are particularly successful to mark 'special' occasions. View

Arrival meals (waiting in the fridge for your arrival).

Assisted provisioning (have your fridge/pantry filled for you prior to arrival).

Daily servicing (cleaning) of your holiday home.
